BOOKING POLICY

At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and time. Your session fee deposit can be made in the form of debit or credit card. Payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all of Bellievable policies.

PAYMENT POLICY

Sessions must be paid in full prior to shoot date or immediately after the shoot via Cash, PayPal, Venmo or Cash App. If not sent through these methods within 24 hours of the shoot date, the card on file will be charged for the remaining balance.

LATE FEE

An additional $40 surcharge will be added on all sessions where the client is beyond 30 minutes late.
If you are unable to make your portrait session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 48 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session. The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations. If Bellievable cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer's illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event Bellievable fails for any other reason, Bellievable shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.
Image proofs are returned to the client 72 business hours from when they are taken. Images take approximately 2 weeks from when the client selects images to be retouched.

MODEL RELEASE

The CLIENT hereby assigns Bellievable the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction. The CLIENT releases all claims to profits that may arise from use of images.
